Stream Energy Announces New Supplier Agreement with Constellation Energy

Media Contact FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE DALLAS, TX (August 28, 2006) – Stream Energy, one of the fastest-growing American firms and a retail electricity provider located in Dallas, announced today that it has entered into a multiyear electric supplier agreement with Constellation Energy Commodities Group, Inc. (CCG), the wholesale origination and risk management subsidiary of Baltimore, Md.-based Constellation Energy Group, Inc. (NYSE: CEG). Under the new multiyear, full requirements contract, CCG will supply electricity to Stream Energy to meet its load in the Texas market. "Stream Energy and its Ignite sales organization have capitalized on Texas energy deregulation by tapping into opportunities other retailers avoided," said Rob Snyder, chairman and founder of Stream Energy.
