Stream Energy Announces New Supplier Agreement with Constellation Energy

DALLAS, TX (August 28, 2006) – Stream Energy, one of the fastest-growing American firms and a retail electricity provider located in Dallas, announced today that it has entered into a multiyear electric supplier agreement with Constellation Energy Commodities Group, Inc. (CCG), the wholesale origination and risk management subsidiary of Baltimore, Md.-based Constellation Energy Group, Inc. (NYSE: CEG).

Under the new multiyear, full requirements contract, CCG will supply electricity to Stream Energy to meet its load in the Texas market.
