Stream Energy Announced as JD Power & Associates Customer Satisfaction Survey Runner-Up

According to the J.D. Power and Associates 2008 Texas Residential Retail Electric Provider Customer Satisfaction Study(SM) released on August 13, 2008, Stream Energy ranked second among Texas retail electric providers in customer satisfaction, based on four criteria (in order of importance): pricing, billing and payment, communications and customer service. It was noted in the JD Power & Associates news release that Stream Energy performed particularly well in the pricing factor. And according to the Houston Chronicle’s report on the survey, Stream's best ratings came in the price category, followed closely by billing and customer service.
