 Brian Berend - Director of Wholesale Power Scheduling, Southern Markets

Brian Berend oversees all load forecasting and scheduling for Stream Energy; on whose behalf he hedges and optimizes for over 325,000 customers. Not only is Brian responsible for forecasting Stream Energy’s large retail load, but he also assists with various risk management functions.

Prior to his position at Stream Energy, Brian began his career as a Real-Time Energy Trader with Calpine Energy Services. Brian then continued his tenure with Calpine as the Manager of East Day-Ahead Scheduling and Real-Time Operations. Brian was responsible for all power schedulers for the Eastern Region and also managed the Real-Time operations of Calpine’s power generation over the entire Eastern Interconnect.

Brian holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance degree from Texas A&M University.

 Mark Bush - Director - Business Development, Wholesale

Mark serves as lead manager of Stream Energy's natural gas procurement, operations and business development functions. His responsibilities in this role include overseeing supplier origination, the purchasing of wholesale supply, scheduling, load forecasting, market development, asset optimization and risk management.

Prior to joining Stream Energy, Mark spent over four years working in various capacities for Southstar Energy (SSE), the largest deregulated retailer of natural gas in Georgia. First serving as Energy and Transportation Manager, Mark was a team leader in structuring SSE's commercial operations group and his duties there included supply procurement, scheduling, asset optimization and risk mitigation. Mark's ending position with SSE was as Regional Energy Manager, with responsibilities involving the development of new markets and implementing business plans to leverage SSE's assets and business model. Mark also has over a dozen years of experience in the energy business working for conglomerates such as Koch Industries, Phillips Petroleum and The Southern Company.

Mark holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University.

 Fernie Campos - Director - Customer Service

Fernie Campos joined the firm in February 2005 and is responsible for leading Stream Energy's Customer Care Team and as well as oversight of the firm's regulatory compliance concerning customer service issues.

From 2001 through 2005, Fernie held the position of Account Manager for Texas Commercial Energy (Allen, Texas), in which role he helped manage over 50,000 commercial customer accounts. He was previously an Independent Contracting Manager for Drift Incorporated and in which position he was responsible for client relationships in Mexico as well as for overseeing Spanish advertising campaigns for major customers.

Mr. Campos attended the University of Texas at Austin.

 Chris Crabtree - Director – Financial Risk

Chris Crabtree serves as the firm's Director of Financial Risk, in which capacity he oversees retail credit issues, receivables management and oversight of the firm's regulatory compliance concerning credit and collection matters.

Prior to coming to Stream Energy, Chris worked for Deutsche Post/DHL Express USA as the Senior Finance Manager of its Collection Operations. Moreover, Chris has more than seven years of background in the retail electricity sector, with past experience in both the Texas regulated and deregulated markets with all of Reliant Energy, Texas New Mexico Power Enterprises and PNM Resources, Inc.

Chris graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree. Chris also actively devotes substantial personal time to several regional not-for-profit organizations.

 Chris Domhoff - Managing Director – Marketing

A co-founder of Stream Energy, Chris Domhoff oversees Stream Energy's marketing function, in which capacity he is charged with the development and implementation of marketing strategies, sales efforts and promotions for the firm.

Immediately before joining Stream Energy in 2004, Chris served from 1997 through 2004 with Excel Communications (a major international telecommunications firm), ending his tenure there as the Vice President of Global Marketing. From 1994 through 1997, he directed the marketing and operational efforts of the Los Angeles-based House of Blues entertainment firm. In his first executive marketing assignment after graduating from college, Chris served as the Corporate Sales Manager of the National Basketball Association's San Antonio Spurs.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin and was awarded as part of the San Antonio Spurs organization in 1991 the prestigious 705th Point of Light for Community Service by President George H.W. Bush for his work with "at risk" youth.

 Steve Flores - Senior Director - Associate Support & Facilities Planning

Steve Flores provides overall strategic and day-to-day oversight for all aspects of Ignite's associate support operations (including policies, procedures and administrative systems to support Ignite business activity and organizational goals).

Steve has over 20 years of management experience providing strategic, business and operational leadership. Prior to his present duties, Steve served for over nine years as a Senior Manager at Excel Telecommunications, where he managed the strategic and day-to-day direction of a 300-employee call center operation and with responsibilities including hiring, training and personnel development.

 Jason Forgey - Senior Director - Information Technology

Jason Forgey oversees all areas related to system integration, network management and software development in regard to Stream Energy's information technology architecture. In this role, he administers the development of Information Technology (IT) system support for the entire supply chain and oversees the revision various processes for the retail and wholesale functions within Stream Energy.

Jason possesses nearly 12 years of experience in the IT arena, encompassing the implementation and management of complex software and hardware systems within the telecommunications and energy industries. Over the course of his career, he has overseen systems management for customer service applications, mass billing & accounting functions and mass processing of transactions in a multiple-partner environment.

Before joining Stream Energy, Jason held several positions with Zion Technologies, ultimately serving as its Chief Technology Officer; subsequently, he served in a similar capacity with SyNRG Marketing Solutions. Within the retail electricity sector, Jason has also served in the role of Director of Information Technology for both Utility Choice Electric and AmPro Energy.

 Eric Hendrick - Managing Director - Wholesale Operations

Eric serves as head of Stream Energy's energy procurement function, which entails wholesale market settlements with ERCOT and contracting with bilateral market energy suppliers for the firm's energy and ancillary services, load forecasting and Qualified Scheduling Entity management. Eric also oversees the firm's strategies for financially hedging Stream Energy's load portfolio.

Prior to joining Stream Energy, Eric worked as Manager of East Trading for PPM Energy in Houston, Texas and previously thereto was employed by Calpine Energy Services L.P. (ending his tenure there as Director of Northeast Trading). While at Calpine, Eric was responsible for portfolio management of the eastern portfolio of natural gas assets and generation. Eric's experience in natural gas includes capabilities in basis trading and NYMEX trading of the Henry Hub contract. Eric previously held similar positions during the prior decade with various power market participants such as Tractebel Energy Marketing, Carolina Power and Light, in which capacities he hedged generation and transmission portfolios and/or managed speculative trading positions.

Eric holds both Bachelors and Masters degrees in Business Administration & Business Management from Wilmington College.

 Trei Henri - Managing Director - Retail Operations

Trei Henri serves as the firm's Managing Director - Retail Operations, in which capacity he oversees customer transactional processes, directs account management activities and manages Stream Energy's relationships with other ERCOT market participants.

Before joining Stream Energy, Trei was founder and President of Red Horse Ventures, a strategic consulting firm providing the Texas energy sector with solutions for software development, process improvement and systems implementation. Prior thereto, he served as co-founder and Senior Vice President of Marketing for RETX, Inc, a software services firm providing demand response technology and applications to the electrical power industry. After spending more than a decade with Hewlett Packard at the outset of his business career, Trei entered the energy sector and participated in the startups of Utility Network Services and Enron Energy Services. Trei also served on the initial Coalition for Uniform Business Rules Committee (which eventually matured into the Texas SET standard) and has continued to be an active participant on the Retail Market Subcommittee and the Competitive Metering Working Group maintained by ERCOT.

Trei holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas.

 Lisa Holliday - Managing Director - Finance

Lisa Holliday serves as the primary financial officer of Stream Energy and oversees the firm's mid- and back-office financial and accounting functions (including budgeting, risk control, financial statement preparation, the development of financial forecasting models and treasury management).

Before joining Stream Energy in 2004, Lisa was self-employed for seven years as an energy risk management consultant working with a variety of start-up natural gas and power marketing and retail organizations. From 1996 through 1998, she served as Vice President, Risk Control Officer and Treasurer of PG&E Energy Trading Corporation and PG&E Gas Transmission Corporation (the deregulated natural gas trading and provisioning arm of Pacific Gas & Electric). From 1990 to 1996, Lisa served in various officer roles for Edisto Resources Corporation, a publicly traded oil and gas production and trading company, including Vice President, Treasurer and Risk Control Officer.

Ms. Holliday holds a Bachelor degree and completed advanced Masters degree hours in Professional Accounting from Mississippi State University.

 Sam Khavari - Director - Business Strategy & Planning

Sam Khavari serves as the firm’s Director of Business Strategy & Planning, in which capacity he is charged with identifying strategic opportunities for incremental revenue and the oversight/coordination of solutions implementation with senior business unit leaders across the firm. Furthermore, Sam maintains on a complimentary basis his involvement with new market expansion related activities.

Sam joined Stream Energy in February 2005 as a Retail Operations Analyst where he developed and coordinated many of the firm’s business processes and procedures as it relates to day-to-day call center and escalated issues resolution. He later served as Assistant Manager of Customer Care where he helped scale the department by introducing telephonic technology, reporting and procedural measures for increased efficiency. As the Manager of Special Projects, Sam was focused on optimizing the firm’s operations through the implementation of new and automated systems, as well as establishing new departments to meet the firm’s unique needs and costs savings objectives.

Sam received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Austin College.

 Pierre Koshakji - Managing Director – Administration

Pierre Koshakji is directly responsible for all areas of operations support, payment systems, human resources and firm administration with Stream Energy and has shared secondary responsibility in respect of its finance, fundraising, legal matters and regulatory affairs.

Before co-founding Stream Energy, Pierre had earned more than a dozen years of experience as a chief start-up and turn-around executive with particular experience within the payment systems sector (including prepaid and branded value cards as well as electronic payments). During such timeframe, Pierre was associated with various private and publicly-held enterprises, including as Director of Business Development for Unity Hunt Resources of Dallas during the mid-1990s, as President of Odyssey Pictures Corporation (a publicly-traded Los Angeles film distributor) from 1998 through 2000 and as President of Edge Technology Group (a publicly-traded Dallas based technology incubator) from 2000 to 2001. He began his career as an electrical engineer with Electrospace Systems of Richardson, Texas in the mid-1980s and later transitioned into business and management consulting with the Dallas office of KPMG Peat Marwick Dallas in the early 1990s.

Mr. Koshakji has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from Vanderbilt University as well as a Master in Business Administration degree from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.

 Greg Martin - Director - Loyalty & Commercial Sales

Greg Martin serves as the firm’s Director of Loyalty & Commercial Sales, in which capacity he oversees Stream Energy’s commercial business unit and the firm’s customer loyalty and retention efforts.

Greg initially joined Stream Energy as a manager of special projects, with a focus was on corporate governance and transactional due diligence matters. His role later shifted towards strategy development and technology implementations. Greg’s current role carries a heavy emphasis on business process re-engineering, introducing quality control safeguards, product marketing support for retention efforts, and introducing technologies to drive improved sales performance.

Greg has been a member of the Association for Financial Professionals and routinely appears on various speaking circuits including: The Gartner Energy & Utilities IT Summit where Stream Energy was awarded Best Presentation in 2007; The Joint Payment Center Conference (now referred to as the Utility Payment Conference) where Greg served as a panelist on the future of mobile payment technologies in 2007; The Global Customer Innovations Awards where a presentation on behalf of Stream Energy’s customer service value proposition was given the highest ranking by a group of industry-specific research analysts in North America in 2008; and a host of other conferences and events focused around customer loyalty. Prior to joining Stream Energy, Greg was employed at Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian, LLP, a corporate securities law firm that deals in venture capital-backed debt and equity financings of start-up and early stage companies.

Greg received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame. He also studied briefly at the St. Louis University School of Law.

 Teresa Messina - Director - Accounting/Controller

Teresa oversees the Accounting function at Stream Energy and in this connection is primarily responsible for developing and verifying the firm's financial reporting compliance with firm policies, procedures and internal controls. Teresa further assures conformity of the firm's financial reports with GAAP and also provides guidance to external auditors quarterly and annually.

Prior to joining Stream Energy during 2007, Teresa held several successively-more senior positions with Dallas-based Club Corp and ended her service there as Regional Controller. Prior to joining Club Corp, Teresa had worked in the private club sector where she managed financial aspects of a portfolio of clubs, including monitoring results of operations, contact with operations management and reporting to external financial partners. Teresa began her professional career at Chiquita Brands while completing her undergraduate degree.

Teresa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of New Orleans and is a licensed CPA.

 Norm Oliver - Director - Finance and Planning

As Director of Finance and Planning Norm Oliver is responsible for Stream Energy's finance and planning activities, budgeting, internal auditing, capital evaluation and corporate strategy development. Norm first joined Stream Energy in May 2007 as a senior member of its Market Research function, where he assisted in the company's assessment of expansion markets.

Prior to joining Stream Energy, Norm served in a number of management and senior leadership roles in the energy, software and consulting sectors, where he has had involvement within with the natural gas and nuclear generation industries and has fulfilled roles associated with finance, investor relations, corporate planning and risk management. His career includes six years in the United States Navy nuclear power program, 13 years with the Atlantic Richfield Corporation and leadership management positions with several retail energy and technology firms.

Norm holds Bachelor of Science and Master in Science degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as well as an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

 Darrin Pfannenstiel - Senior Director - Regulatory & General Counsel

Darrin Pfannenstiel became in May 2005 the General & Regulatory Counsel of Stream Energy, with responsibility for oversight of compliance with federal and Texas state laws regulating the electric industry and direction of the firm's regulatory and legislative efforts.

Darrin functioned for several years as a Staff Attorney for the State of Texas, including within the office of the Public Utility Commission of Texas (where he litigated complex electric utility cases before the PUCT as well as the State Office of Administrative Hearings). From 1999 through 2002, he was a Staff Attorney in the Texas Department of Insurance, where he represented management and staff in the Life, Health, & Licensing Division. During 1999 and 2000, Darrin served on the Appeals Tribunal of the Texas Workforce Commission, in which position he adjudicated unemployment, wage claim and employer tax liability cases under the purview of the National Labor Relations Board.

Darrin has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wichita State University and a Juris Doctor degree from Washburn University School of Law.

 Mike Rowley - Director – Market Research & Analytics

Mike Rowley serves as head of Stream Energy's market analytics staff and orchestrates the firmwide effort to stay abreast potential risk and opportunities throughout the nation as driven by various market changes. In this connection, Mike works closely with the Regulatory and Wholesale functions of Stream Energy in regard to the gathering, evaluation and dissemination of such data.

Rowley previously served Stream Energy from October 2004 through January 2006 as its Director – Wholesale Operations, which entailed oversight of the firm's wholesale market settlements with ERCOT and contracting with bilateral market energy suppliers for the firm's energy and ancillary services, load forecasting and Qualified Scheduling Entity management. Immediately before joining Stream Energy in 2004, he served regionally as an energy industry consultant, offering services pertaining to ERCOT market operations and on issues concerning bilateral electricity market operations, regulations and procedures. Prior thereto, Mike had accumulated almost 30 years of experience in the North American electric power industry through service in senior capacities with the Automated Power Exchange in California and Texas and for more than 20 years with the Salt River Project of Arizona.

Mike Rowley is an acknowledged expert throughout the ERCOT jurisdiction regarding the discipline of wholesale power market protocols and has instructed many of the wholesale staffs of Stream Energy's competitors in Texas in such subject matter. Furthermore, Mike served as International President of the American Power Dispatcher Association for the 1984-1987 term.

 Deanna Shelton - Senior Director - Human Resources

Deanna Shelton is responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment and employment of the Stream Energy workforce as further coordinates employee training, administers human resources policies and programs and provides consultative support to leadership team on employee relations, performance management and compensation programs.

From 2003 through 2005, Deanna held the position of Human Resources Manager for Atrana Solutions, Inc. (a Dallas software development company), where she directed human resource policies and procedures as well as created staffing planning and recruitment processes. Prior thereto, she was Director - Human Resources for FHI, Inc. (a multi-state retail stores operator) tasked with strategic human resources leadership and with a primary emphasis in payroll and benefits administration.

Deanna earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wayland Baptist University.

 Darryl Smith - Director - Field Development

Together with Michael Tacker, Darryl Smith serves as Director in charge of the firm's Ignite sales organization, in which position he guides marketing strategies, advertising and promotions as well as the development of Ignite's Independent Associates on a statewide basis.

For five years prior to joining Stream Energy in 2005, Darryl functioned as Director of Field Development for Excel Telecommunications, where he was instrumental towards the field expansion of Excel's core business to Canada, Ireland, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. Prior to Excel, Mr. Smith served as Director of Sales and Supplies for H. B. Zachary (a major San Antonio-based public works contractor).

Mr. Smith has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University in College Station.

 Rob Snyder - Chairman

Rob Snyder is a co-founder of Stream Energy and since 2004 has served as its Chairman as well as its General Partner. He has also been since 1995 Managing Director of SnyderCapital Corporation (a private equity firm located in Dallas).

From 1992 through 1994, Rob served as Vice President – Corporate Development of SnyderGeneral Corporation (a multinational air quality control firm) and prior thereto was an associate attorney during 1989-1992 with the Manhattan office of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson in the practice of transactional law.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Notre Dame as well as Juris Doctor and Master in Business Administration degrees from the University of Texas at Austin. Following his graduate studies, he further served as Law Clerk to Justice Andrew G.T. Moore II of the Supreme Court of Delaware for its 1988-89 term.

 Michael Tacker - Director - Field Development

As Director of Field Development, Mr. Tacker is responsible for directing the firm's entry strategies into new markets with a primary focus on expanding markets for the Ignite organization. In his role, he ensures that the Independent Associates of Ignite have a dedicated advocate within the Stream Energy corporate office as well as an "in the field" mentoring coach to help them build their businesses.

Prior to joining the Ignite team, Michael was the President of Chalkboard Strategies, a business consulting firm in Dallas, and in which connection he has spoken to thousands of business owners across Texas as to how to improve the profitability of their business. Previously thereto, Mr. Tacker served in a capacity quite similar to his present duties as a Field Director with Excel Telecommunications for six years, during which tenure he was responsible for the development of a strong training program and also supporting that company's top money earners in the management of their businesses across the US, Canada and Europe.

Michael has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Finance from Baylor University. He has published several business articles and currently serves as a Director of a local non-profit organization.

 Paul Thies - Director - Marketing & Communications

Paul Thies oversees on behalf of Stream Energy all branding and public relations efforts (including media relations, external corporate communications, graphic design and audio-visual and logo compliance) and further directs the firm's advertising and marketing policies and procedures.

Paul served in a variety of communications and marketing roles at Excel Telecommunications, including as Director of Corporate Communications (where his responsibilities included the supervision of global communications and managing employee, public and media relations efforts). Before Excel, he was employed in the Franchise Communications Department for Pizza Hut, Inc., in which position he supported the various communications efforts directed to its franchisees and participated on several national marketing teams.

Paul has both Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees from the University of North Texas.

 Doug Witt - Senior Director - Marketing Operations

Doug Witt is responsible for the oversight of all Ignite operational and field activities (including recruiting, training and events, field leadership and the development and implementation of corporate presentations, marketing materials and management tools). Together with Chris Domhoff, Doug is also considered the co-architect of the Ignite Compensation Plan and its training program.

Prior to joining Stream Energy, Doug was for nearly a decade a top independent marketing director with Excel Telecommunications and was selected to lead Excel's national field leadership team (in which capacity he developed field training manuals and videos, planned and coordinated quarterly training/team-building conferences with corporate staff and trained in excess of 10,000 field representatives at conferences and training events nationwide). During the early 1990s, Doug was one of the first franchisees of the ZuZu Handmade Mexican food chain and was elected as the first Franchisee Association President by his fellow ZuZu franchisees.

Doug has a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Oklahoma at Norman.
