Lisa Holliday

Chief Financial Officer

Lisa Holliday has served since late 2004 as the Chief Financial Officer of Stream Energy, overseeing the totality of the firm's financial, accounting and risk management functions (including wholesale power procurement, information technology, budgeting, risk control, financial statement preparation, the development of financial forecasting models and treasury management) as well as its information technology operations.

Having joined Stream Energy only months after its founding, Lisa was previously self-employed for seven years as an energy risk management consultant working with a variety of start-up natural gas and power marketing and retail organizations. From 1996 through 1998, she served as Vice President, Risk Control Officer and Treasurer of PG&E Energy Trading Corporation and PG&E Gas Transmission Corporation (the deregulated natural gas trading and provisioning arm of Pacific Gas & Electric). From 1990 to 1996, Lisa served in various officer roles for Edisto Resources Corporation, a publicly traded oil and gas production and trading company, including Vice President, Treasurer and Risk Control Officer.

Ms. Holliday holds a Bachelor degree and completed advanced Masters degree hours in Professional Accounting from Mississippi State University.
