Delilah Navarrete

Director of Regulatory and Governmental Affairs

Delilah Navarrete serves as the firm’s Director of Regulatory and Governmental Affairs. In this role, Delilah focuses upon the management of the firm’s governmental compliance, which includes working with the various state utility commissions on regulatory matters, reporting to the various state and federal agencies and working within the firm to ensure regulatory compliance with the release of new products, jurisdictions, etc.

Delilah previously worked for the Grayson County Justice Center as a Deputy Clerk before joining Stream Energy in June 2005. A native of San Antonio, Texas, Delilah holds a Bachelors of Arts with majors in Political Science and International Studies from Austin College. Delilah and her husband, Jesús, currently have one son with another son to join the family in 2012.
