Senior Director – Governance and Compliance

Ed serves as Stream Energy’s Senior Director of Governance and Compliance, with his responsibilities including the monitoring of its operational activities, evaluation of enterprise risk, operational measurement and analysis and quality management oversight, and reporting to the Board of Directors regarding Stream Energy’s governance activities. In this connection, Ed provides leadership in areas of business process development with a focus on best practices, operational efficiency and risk mitigation.

Prior to joining Stream Energy, Ed spent his professional career in both the public accounting and risk assurance consulting sectors. Most recently, he was the Internal Controls/Sarbanes Oxley practice lead for Montgomery Coscia Greilich LLP. Ed is also a PricewaterhouseCoopers and Protiviti alumnus.

Ed earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Florida State University and a Masters of Science in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame: with it being only partially true that such academic choices were driven by his lifelong fascination with their football teams. He has a passion for volunteering and together with his wife Kimberly have been blessed with two children and their faithful dog Wrigley.
