Director – Information Technology

George Nemer oversees all infrastructure operations, system integration, network management and telecommunications functionality in regard to Stream Energy’s Information Technology architecture. In this role, he manages system procurement, installation, integration and support services, system security and system operations firmwide. George possesses 31 years of experience in the IT arena, encompassing the implementation of world-class infrastructures, Datacenters and Disaster Recovery. Over the course of this career, he has architected and managed complex high availability systems and associated support services, with his accomplishments noted by industry notables such as Quest Software, Radview Software and Storage Magazine.

Before joining Stream Energy during 2009, George held several positions with e-Rewards inc., ultimately serving as its Vice President of Infrastructure/Senior Infrastructure Architect and where his role was to design, build and manage every aspect of its technological infrastructure. George also previously served in the role of Director at Computer Data Source, where he was responsible for the startup and profitability of the new computer service division.

Prior to beginning his business career, George served in the U.S. Navy, where he first became deeply involved with technology within its Advanced Technical School (Aviation Electronics section). George and his wife Miriam have three sons.
