Mark “Bouncer” Schiro

Board Member & Chief Executive Officer

After six years of extensive involvement as a Board member, during February 2012 Bouncer Schiro joined the management team at Stream Energy as President, with daily oversight of all operational aspects of the firm. He also serves as the co-General Partner of TTM Investments, L.P., which is the second largest outside investor in Stream Energy.

Alongside his Stream Energy involvements, Bouncer has served as President of both STI Investments Ltd. (his personal investment firm) as well as STI Masonry LLC (an architectural paving products manufacturer). Prior thereto, Bouncer had extensive experience since the mid-1980s within the cast stone and architectural paving products sector and with enterprises such as Western Brick, Matt Stone Co., Siteworks Inc. and Oldcastle. During this time and together with partners, he created considerable wealth through the acquisition of ownership interests in various under-optimized paving or stone products firms and thereafter building such businesses to substantial profitability.

Bouncer served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Siteworks Inc. (an architectural cast stone producer) from 1997 through 1999 and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Oklahoma State University (where he was a member of its men’s intercollegiate football program).
