Director – Financial Planning and Analysis

As Director of Financial Planning and Analysis of Stream Energy, Norm Oliver is responsible for its budgeting, capital evaluation, forecasting, financial analysis and strategic planning. Norm first joined Stream Energy in May 2007 as a senior member of its Market Research function, where he assisted in the company’s assessment of expansion markets.

Prior to joining Stream Energy, Norm served in a number of executive management roles in the energy, software and consulting sectors, where he has had involvement within with the natural gas and nuclear generation industries and has fulfilled roles associated with sales and marketing, finance, investor relations, corporate planning and risk management. His career includes six years in the United States Navy’s nuclear power program, 13 years with the Atlantic Richfield Corporation and leadership management positions with several retail energy and technology firms.

Norm holds Bachelor of Science and Master in Science degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as well as an Master in Business Administration degree from the Harvard Business School. Norm has been married to his wife Mary Ann for more than two decades and together have two children.
