Senior Director – Associate Support & Facilities Planning

Steve Flores provides overall strategic and day-to-day oversight for all aspects of Ignite’s associate support operations (including policies, procedures and administrative systems to support Ignite business activity and organizational goals). Perhaps the most unflappable of the firm’s senior management, Steve maintains the ongoing Stream Energy record for the Most Consecutive Days Without Losing His Cool Even A Little Bit.

Steve has over 20 years of management experience providing strategic, business and operational leadership. Prior to his present duties, Steve served for over nine years as a Senior Manager at Excel Telecommunications, where he managed the strategic and day-to-day direction of a 300-employee call center operation and with responsibilities including hiring, training and personnel development. Steve is married to the former Lisa Simmons and has one daughter.
