• The Letter of Authorization is a paper enrollment form that customers may use to provide required personal information necessary to switch their electricity service to Stream Energy. Customers may also elect to enroll online through an electronic enrollment form.
• The Terms of Service outlines the details of Stream Energy's contract conditions as your energy provider and should answer many of the questions you may have about our relationship with you.
• The Electricity Facts Label is similar in nature to a food label in that it tells you what ingredients go into your electricity service - it provides pricing information for your service area, sources of generation, levels of emissions and waste generated per kWh, and is intended to help you make an apples to apples comparison.
