Terms of Service and Electricity Facts Label

For your ease and convenience, Stream Energy has combined our Terms of Servcice and Electricity Facts Label into one handy document. This document will help you make an informed decision to join the Stream Energy family of customers.
  • The Terms of Service outlines the details of Stream Energy's contract conditions as your energy provider and should answer many of the questions you may have about our relationship with you.
  • The Electricity Facts Label is similar in nature to a food label in that it tells you what ingredients go into your electricity service - it provides pricing information for your service area, sources of generation, levels of emissions and waste generated per kWh, and is intended to help you make an apples to apples comparison.
